Community

The Traditions neighborhood is a beautiful development of luxury town homes located in the City of Sunnyvale, part of the San Francisco Bay Area and Silicon Valley.

Our stats

Initial first phase construction started in June 1991 and the final seventh phase was completed in August 1995.

There are 169 homes in total. Six different floor plans and homes are grouped together forming 39 buildings.

Part of property was previously the grounds of a nursery.

Over 330 trees of 20 different species are on the grounds.

Khaled Hosseini, author of Kite Runner, A Thousand Splendid Suns and And the Mountains Echoed, lived at Traditions when he wrote and published Kite Runner.
